Case Number

Your case number ("docket number") is a set of numbers that the court clerk assigned to your bankruptcy case. It can be found on the front of any court document, including your bankruptcy petition. Enter in yy-xxxxx format, where the first two digits correspond to the year in which you filed for bankruptcy.
