About the Course

Our Certificate: Our debtor education certificate satisfies the personal financial management course requirement for both chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy filers. Our course is taken after filing bankruptcy. Upon finishing the internet course, you can print/download the certificate immediately. (We will also email your certificate to you and your attorney.)

Filing of Certificates: At the end of the course, we will ask you if you would like us to file your certificate(s) with the court. We are able to electronically file your certificate(s) within about one day of course completion (usually sooner). There is no extra charge for this regular filing service. If you would like faster filing, for $14.95 per household, you can select to have your certificate(s) rush filed with the court (within two hours during the business day).

Course Duration: The law requires this course to be at least two hours long. You can complete it all in one session, or take as many breaks as you want. (The system saves your progress as you move through the course so you can resume where you left off.)

Cost: The internet course costs only $36 per household; there is no additional charge for married couples (filing jointly). We offer a money-back guarantee.
